How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We respond to all enquiries within one business day, Monday to Friday. Enquiries received after 17:30 Irish time are treated as next-day. If you have a time-sensitive project, say so in your message and we'll prioritise your request.
Do you take on projects with an immediate start date?
We typically have a two-to-three-week onboarding window before a project kicks off. If you need an earlier start, mention it in your message and we'll check current availability honestly — we won't overcommit.
Can I speak to a previous client before committing?
Yes. We can introduce you to a relevant case study client — same industry or similar team size — on request. All introductions are arranged with the client's prior consent and are typically a 15-minute informal call.
