House Ltd charges project fees — not open-ended retainers that grow without accountability. Each tier is scoped to a defined set of deliverables, a fixed timeline, and a named point of contact on our side. You know exactly what you're getting before a contract is signed. VAT at the standard Irish rate is added to all fees and shown on every invoice. If your requirements sit between tiers, we'll tell you honestly which one fits and adjust the scope in writing before any work begins. All tiers include the 30-day post-launch support window described in our Services section.

Every deliverable is listed in the contract before kick-off. If you ask for something outside scope, we quote it separately — you're never surprised by an invoice that doesn't match the original agreement.
Starter engagements complete in four weeks. Growth in six to eight weeks. Enterprise in eight to ten weeks. You'll have a signed project timeline in your inbox before the first workshop is scheduled.
All invoices are issued by House Ltd under Irish VAT registration. EU clients outside Ireland receive reverse-charge invoices in line with current EU VAT rules — no administrative headaches on your side.
We took the Growth plan and it delivered more than the scope document promised. The Looker Studio dashboard in particular changed our monthly board reports — we could finally show content-attributed pipeline, not just page views. The fixed fee made it straightforward to get budget approval too.

Yes. All plans are invoiced 50% on contract signature and 50% on completion of the final workshop. Enterprise clients can request a three-stage payment schedule — on signature, at the midpoint review, and on handover.
Yes. After the initial setup project, clients can add a monthly advisory retainer starting at €600 per month. This covers one strategic review call, written feedback on the previous month's editorial performance, and priority access to our team for ad-hoc questions.
We'll scope a custom engagement in writing before you commit. Our goal is to match the right deliverables to your actual situation — not to upsell you into a larger package. If the Starter plan genuinely covers your needs, we'll say so.
Yes. Roughly 40% of our current clients are based in the EU outside Ireland. We work fully remotely, invoice in EUR, and issue reverse-charge VAT invoices to EU business clients. All workshops are delivered via video call and recorded.
