Can we spread payments across the project?
Yes. All plans are invoiced 50% on contract signature and 50% on completion of the final workshop. Enterprise clients can request a three-stage payment schedule — on signature, at the midpoint review, and on handover.
Is there an ongoing monthly retainer option?
Yes. After the initial setup project, clients can add a monthly advisory retainer starting at €600 per month. This covers one strategic review call, written feedback on the previous month's editorial performance, and priority access to our team for ad-hoc questions.
What if our needs sit between the Starter and Growth tiers?
We'll scope a custom engagement in writing before you commit. Our goal is to match the right deliverables to your actual situation — not to upsell you into a larger package. If the Starter plan genuinely covers your needs, we'll say so.
Do you work with clients outside Ireland?
Yes. Roughly 40% of our current clients are based in the EU outside Ireland. We work fully remotely, invoice in EUR, and issue reverse-charge VAT invoices to EU business clients. All workshops are delivered via video call and recorded.
